A single theft can take your full tank's worth of oil — £1,000 or more, with larger rural and farm tanks costing significantly more again. Damage to pipework or oil spills can add thousands more.

Pricing questions
Why do prices differ by county?
Our base is in Suffolk, so installations closer to home have lower travel costs. The price difference reflects this honestly — there's no hidden markup, just the extra time and fuel to reach Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
Can I pay the full amount upfront?
Yes — if you'd prefer to pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer or card, that's absolutely fine. We'll confirm your installation slot on receipt.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. We ask for 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel with at least 48 hours to spare, the £50 deposit is refunded in full.
Do you charge extra for awkward locations?
If your installation is unusually complex — for example, requiring a long cable run over 20 metres, or significant access challenges — we'll discuss this on the pre-install call before you commit.
Is there a charge for the pre-install survey call?
No. The call is part of the service. We call you within 24 hours of your booking to run through your setup, confirm details, and answer questions.
